The custom report has Campaigns as a primary object, Volunteer jobs, Volunteer shifts, and Volunteer jobs as related objects. My requirement is to send an email to the related contacts in the report.

@Gustavo A. Seluja yes contacts are campaign members, our client used to send an email to contacts from a report by adding contacts to the campaign(with Add to campaign option from the report). In this scenario, since the campaign is a primary object there is no option for add to campaign option from the report.
