How to export data from production and import to Sandbox using dataloader.

I need to export Accounts and its related Contacts and Cases to Sandbox from PROD.Can I achieve this using Dataloader?

    Hi, 

     

    You can achieve this by refreshing your full copy sandbox without doing anything. 

     

    Otherwise, it will be complicated and require discipline to export and import the data.
