We have an object where the record (customer project object) has custom fields for: Staff 1, Staff 2, Staff 3, etc.. The record has a custom field for start and end dates.

The Staff 1/2/3 custom field is a relational lookup to a Contact (filtered to know if the contact is a Staff/Worker).

This has been cumbersome to manage for various reasons, one in that we now have staff/workers that work different dates.  We also need to create a Gantt view to show our customer deployments, with all staff and their start/end dates.  It would also be nice to be able to click on the Staff member and pull up a specific Gantt view for all the projects they are working on/staffed for.

We could create custom start/end date fields for each Staff X field, but this is a lot of custom fields and manual work.

Is there a good way where in this Object's Record (customer project) where we can add each Staff member along with their start and end dates (unrelated to the Record's Start/End dates) without creating a large number of custom fields (Staff 1,2,3,4,5,6-> up to 30 staff) (then start/end dates for each individual staff member)?

Was thinking first, maybe a screen flow that asks for how many staff members for the customer project, then choosing the staff and then the start/end dates for each staff... But ultimately, do we need custom fields for every single staff and start and end dates?
