Hi Everyone, how do we enable the 'create a case' option in Get support page of salesforce support. (Note: This option is not greyed out, but nothing happens if I click on it)
Requirement: Trying to create a user and getting Duplicate Username Error, I need to find the Org ID in which the username is already present.

do you know who is your account executive from Salesforce handling your account? if so reach out account executive to begin with.
I guess not all and may be some designated users can create case with salesforce support
