Hello, I am a first time user with Elevate. I tried to find videos on how to refund but it's been hard to find
For my client, if we're not seeing the Refund button, should it be there on the payment?
If you do refund through the button, does it execute the refund through Stripe as well? If so, is it only full or partial amounts?
If you just went directly to $0 out a payment, will that initiate a refund in Stripe?\

Hi @Vilmarie P -- Thanks for using Elevate! Welcome aboard.
To refund a payment:
- Go to the Payments Management page and find the payment you want to refund.
- Click on that payment, which will open the Payments Detail page.
- Click on the Actions menu on the upper-right side of the page.
- Select Refund.
The refunds are processed through your payment gateway (e.g. Stipe). As of this writing we only support full refunds, but partial refunds are coming soon.
