Hi - I have a Replied Checkbox that is checked as true once a Lead replies. From there, I want a Reply Method Picklist to be required. Can someone help me with the validation formula? I am newer to SF and need help.

@Faith Chrysler If need to run only whenever the checkbox gets updated then use the ISCHANGED function.

ISCHANGED(Reply__c),
Reply__c,
ISBLANK(TEXT(Reply_Method__c) )
