I have done all required steps but still unable to connect the slack app to our production environment. This is the message we get when opening the Home page on that app. Previously we have tested successfully that app connected to our Sandbox environment, so we don't know if that is causing the problems now.

All steps done and all permission assigned to my user, but App still doesn't work :(
