Working with Schema Builder - Data Modeling

Hello,
I've done and redone, a few times, topic 3 of data modeling. In this case I don't know why but it's giving an error when I create a text area object. to tie on the property, do you know the solution?
Mistake:
The field 'Street_Address__c' either does not exist on the Property__c object or it is not of type text area.
