Hi There, I'm in the middle of setting up the case swarming app in slack/salesforce. following video link that I got from the salesforce sales engineer in this link https://salesforce.vidyard.com/watch/6M1BnZwxtxHwQTYz81Cf8h in minutes 2:57. at step adding new deployment the action to actions & recommendations, the actions items are not available for me to select on my production org. attached screenshot from the video and from my production org. Raised the case to salesforce support but it referred me to this group for all related to salesforce and slack integration. please help. thanks Willy from video
