Our users should have the ability to add a CC and/or BCC email address when editing an email in case feed (see screenshot attached). But those options are not showing in our Salesforce Org in case feed view. I have no idea how to enable this. Does anyone have a hint for me how to do this? (For your information: Compliance BCC email is NOT enabled in our Org).

Please check the action on the case object
Setup > Object manager > Case > Action > Email > Edit layout
