What is the best way to move multiple customized objects (any changes) etc from sandbox to production environment. Is there a trail for me to learn and test it. Thanks

Hi Sukesh,
The standard Salesforce way is to use an Outbound Change Set that is created from your sandbox org. From Setup, find Outbound Change Sets and create a new one. Click the Add button to add the various components (custom objects, custom fields, and anything else you may have created) into the change set.
When you're done, click the Upload button and select to send it to your production org. If you can't find it there, you may need to go into your production org and enable incoming change sets from that particular sandbox.
