Challenge setting up Single Sign-On for

I have tried to do the challenge, however, at the check point of the challenge I have received the error, that SAML has not been set up. In the SAML Validator it gave me a failure to log in due to audience issues, meanwhile, I was successfully logged in to SF through axiom.
