Hello! Is SFMC Email Specialist certification necessary to be a developer?

Hi @Md Razwanul Ghani, No definitely not the basic certification that might require is Platform Developer-I, which is mostly asked by most of the companies. But definitely, it depends on company to company. Maybe any organization might ask for this but it's not a requirement for sure.
