my client would like to set up her own profiles, and i'd like to make it easier for her by giving her the out-of-the-box profiles to clone and modify; however, the expected profiles just aren't there. i've seen them elsewhere, but not in her Salesforce instance. can anyone help? if this is some kind of known issue, are the any templates for the basic profiles somewhere? i'd like to give her at least some kind of resource to work with. prefer not to rely on the business model profiles to avoid confusion.
