Step 1: Go to Quick Find Box and enter Setup Audit Trail
Step 2: Click on View Setup Audit Trail
Step 3: You can download the Setup Audit Trail.it will be download on excel format with details

- User
- Source Namespace Prefix
- Action
- Section
