Thanks in advance for any help! I have attached an image of what I am trying to achieve. Just want to add the those words next to the checkbox to give users more context. Is that possible?

Hi,
When you create a field, it asks for you to give it a name. In this instance, call it "Email".
It will then display like this:
Apologies, in Lightning, the name shows above the checkbox. In Clasic, it shows on the left of it
