Example: from Multi-Picklist field, when user select item1, item 2 and item 5 then need to show the total of selected items (item 1 = $10, item 2 = $5 and item 5 = $25) $40.
Need this in edit page - while user creating the record.
I understand this can be obtained via screen flow, want to know is there is any other option.

Hi Gokul,
Will that work for you if you show calculated value on after save? Then this can be achieved used flow or trigger and you can store the value in field as well
Other option is explained by Amnon, use component on override on edit action and then use onchange() event on multiselect picklist field and render the score
