Hi all,

I created two test users, one for partner company A and another for partner company B. As sharing rules are only working for users on B and not on A I would like to find out what is causing the issue for A if the settings are similar or equal.

I set debug logs for such users and nothing is being debugged when I log in as user A.

There is nowhere a place where it is explained how to setup debug logs correctly.

I would appreciate any guidance.
