When I run the Nonprofit Success Pack health check, it tells me 28 opportunities have more than one primary contact, however the npsp opportunities with primary contacts report says all opportunities only have one primary contact. What is causing this?

Some of the household rollups are missing recent donations as well. Not sure if this is related. Thank you!
