I've got a great dataset for @Community Project - Ombudsman Cloud Care​. But as the weeks go by the tasks we drop in as examples slip farther and farther into the past. Is there a way to put relative dates into the sample dataset?

This is going to be relevant for @Commons Project: Data Generation​ for sure. When I built a big Apex class for sandbox refreshes, I was able to make dates (and fiscal years) relevant to the moment of creation. But that doesn't look possible in the case of CCI datasets.
