We run an addiction recovery program and we have several contacts who live in other residential or transitional homes. We need to be able to determine who resides in these various addresses. I don't want to merge them all into one household/account.

If I had the "parent" account that represents the Transitional Home marked as a Group Address via a custom checkbox, would there be a way to have it automatically mark accounts with matching addresses through a formula? It would need to subsequently uncheck if their address changes (e.i. they move out of the transitional home).

To give an example, we have ABC Transitional Home as an account in Salesforce with "Group Address" checked. There are 14 contacts living at that address. Is there a way to automatically mark on these 14 contacts that they reside at a Group Address? Then if one moves out, it removes the mark?

That's a very good idea. The only thing is that it wouldn't update if they move out of that transitional housing. I appreciate your input!
