Household address not updating Contacts for some accounts

When updating the default address on a Household account, the Mailing Address for the related Contacts is update as well. This works for most accounts...but I have identified a few that aren't working and I can't figure out why or how they are different from the accounts which work as expected.

    @Nonprofit Success Pack, 

    I am facing the same issue while loading 7k addresses from API. Tried with related Triggers On & Off, Disabled & Enabled Address Management on NPSP settings, Reloaded the addresses. Weird thing is, If I manually select address on Household account, it then updates the Household Billing Address and Contact's address.  Tried updating the "Default address" checkbox from API, that also didn't work.
