how can we program SF to automatically send an email notification to an adminstrator whenever a donation is received in our online donation form? The email also needs to contain all the info the donor entered in the form, ie address info, donation amt etc

the form we use to receive donations is from Mobile Cause which is integrated with Salesforce, however their system of sending notifications to my admin is deficient. When you say create Email template you mean in Vertical Response? That is the email program we use with SF. Beyond that, "merge fields" and "workflow" are intimidating terms to us bc nobody in our org is a databsse programmer. Can someone in SF take a look at our installation and give us a quote ie what they would charge to set this up for us?
