Working thru Configuration Guide. The person who initially installed Salesforce for us left 3 weeks later. She already did the setup but I don't know what she did or if she did it right. When I go to Customize..Campaigns..Record Types as specified on page 7 of the guide, it shows two types: "Default", and "Volunteer Campaign". When I go to Customize..Contacts..Record Types as specified on page 8 of the guide, it says "No record types defined". Are these the correct record types for Campaigns and Contacts?
No, I'm working with the guide that comes up when I click on the Volunteers Help tab. We've got the Volunteers app. Tracking volunteer hours for specific events is the crux of what I need to use it for.
