Hi Everyone,
Our fields in the highlights panel have suddenly disappeared on three occasions now. I haven't gone in and made any edits to the compact layout, yet they randomly disappear. It's easy enough to go in and add them back, but it's an inconvenience to users. I should note that our two account level fields in the panel stay, it's just the contact fields that are disappearing.
Have others been experiencing this? Or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks!
