Manage Members - Add Contacts to Campaign

Hi!

I am having trouble with adding Contacts to a Campaign through the "Manage Members" button. It leads me to the Data Import wizard, instead of the page where I can filter on Contacts to add to an Outreach. Any advice on this? I checked in several orgs and experienced this in all of them.
