My colleague cannot see the Leads and Contacts I'm entering. Nor can I see the ones she's entering.

I'm a brand new administrator in a new nonprofit with a new SF 10-free-license pack. I've done most of the appropriate Trailheads. And I'm getting discouraged. Any help is greatly appreciated.
