Trying to run "Duplicate jobs"

Question

I'm trying to follow the directions in a "Manage Duplicate Records" manual (screenshot below) - but my org doesn't have "Duplicate Jobs" pop up in setup from typing it into the quickfind box. I saw the note that not all orgs have it, but am not sure how to set it up to run Duplicate Jobs.

If you have not purchased Enterprise Unlimited or purchased the data quality management add-on from  Salesforce.org , I don't thank you can run native SF duplicate jobs. -- Terry
