We just purchased Cvent and having sooo many issues with the Salesforce integration. Cvent recently released Cvent Salesforce App, which is different from the Salesforce Integration, which is becoming legacy. They're stopping development on the legacy integration. I've seen a few folks in Trailblazer/Power Of Us communities talking about Cvent pre-2020, but couldn't find anything recent. Does anyone have experience working - and setting up successfully! - a Salesforce integration using the new Cvent Salesforce App?
We've been working with Cvent Support for... 3 months now, and the sync still doesn't work.

@Will Jones yes - this thread is from 2021. They updated their app in 2021 to resolve some of our challenges. Not sure what everything looks like now.
