Help! How do I delete the user with the duplicate "guestadmin" username?

Hi Mike.

Thank you for responding. There was a kind of loop with this error message. I couldn't delete or make the user inactive to continue. The system would not let me remove 'guestadmin' from the username. And I could not create another username. So, what I ended up doing was creating a new playground. I attempted the challenge again. And I passed.
