Our Dispatch users are having trouble when visually managing the GANTT chart. See two scenarios in my screenshots.
In scenario one, the users SA visually overlaps another SA (not preferred)
In scenario two, the users SA is bumped down BELOW the other SA (visually easier to manage for Dispatcher).
Is there some cause for one technicians GANTT appointments to behave one way, and another technicians GANTT appointments to behave another way? I have been unable to determine if there is some difference with the records causing this display issue.
Scenario 1 (note 124420 sits overlapping 124182)
Scenario 2 (note 115879, 102203, and 127954 sit on different row)
What could possibly cause this behavior on the chart?
