How can I add clone action to down-row on the right (in yellow)?

Try creating a formula field on the object (Return Type = Text) that uses a HYPERLINK function, then add that formula field as a column in your list view:
HYPERLINK("/"+Id+"/e?clone=1&retURL=/"+Id , "Clone")
