I set up an engagement studio, and it seems that the first email has not gone out to the recipient list. It says 1,246 people have started the program, but have not received the email and I set it to send immediately. Has this happened to anyone? Did I set it up incorrectly?

Engagement studio completes the designed journey but doesnt send out email if it is in demo org.
Can you please check which org you are using to run engagement studio?
I have similar question few days back. I was practising engagement studio in demo org (http://pi.demo.pardot.com/) and created journey to send email to recipient in my list and assign them to salesforce campaign. I can see my prospect getting added to my salesforce campaign as campaign members but emails was sent out as I was using demo org.
