VERSIONDATA - File Path on local machine
PATHONCLIENT - File Path on local machine
It gives error message that
Error converting value to correct data type:
C:\DataLoader\Files\Test.txt (The system cannot find the file specified)File is located there and I can open file using same path on file explorer.

I am getting the exact same error. I have checked the path and able to access the files with the same path from file explorer.
