I've tried creating another page in the lightning app builder but I cannot assign it to the TrailTracker app as it isn't appearing. Any advice would be great!

Thanks for your response. I've tried this and can't see anything wrong with the component visibility.
I've created the lightning page with the correct dashboard on it but I can't assign it or activate it to Trail Tracker because it doesn't appear as an option
