Customized pop-up reminder in Opportunity

We would like to create a pop up reminder when saving an Opportunity. It would ask the salesperson- "Reminder: Are there logistics for this Opportunity?" The logistics field on our opportunity page is a custom check box field that has a rule to alert the operations team when it is checked. We are having an issue with sales forgetting to check the logisitics box, so an email does not get sent to Operations, when in fact there are logistics.

    Are you in Lightning or Classic? In Lightning, you can add a rich text section to the record page. I believe you can also conditionally show it at a certain stage. In Classic, I think you have to look at 3rd party apps. Otherwise, you could change it to a yes/no and make it either required all the time or slap a validation rule on it. Checkboxes are difficult for enforcing behaviors since the only thing you can do is check it. Unchecked isn't clear if it does not apply or was simply forgotten.
