Hi guys I am trying to create a dynamic dashboard and have followed the steps provided by the help guide but I was unable to find the "run as logged-in user" option nor the "run as specified user" option. Do you know what's the problem?

You are having here View Dashboard As here you can specify person with that you will see dashboard as per that user. Are you trying it in lightning? Can you setup it in classic. Take a look here Choose a Running User in Salesforce Classic
