Does an Organisations with sales opportunities base report exsist?

i need to be able to report on organisations that have sale opportunities. Does a base report type exsisit for this of would a custom base report need creating? I wish to Identify who we are doing business with and where the gaps are. Cheers

    You can add a cross filter to an Account report to look for Accounts with Opportunities

     

    Hi Brook, You can add a cross filter to an Account report to look for Accounts with Opportunities Reports > Report Type Acocunt > Filters > Cross Filter

     

    Reports > Report Type Acocunt > Filters > Cross Filter
