Add note to household account

Question

We can only see an option to add notes for individual accounts rather than household accounts, since the Notes object is attached to a contact record. What is the best way to add notes to the Account object itself for household accounts?

Hi David,

From what I understand, Household is simply a record type of Accounts in Financial Service Cloud. Have you tried adding the Notes related list on the Account's page layout under the Household record type?
