how to hide CMDB data (CI or assests)?

I want to hide some CMDB data . Is it possible to do that ? Rather than completely deleting CIs it is better if we can hide the data for some time and if really not need I will delete it.

These sound like customizations in your Salesforce org. If you are not the System Administrator, your best next step would be to talk to him or her. If you are the System Administrator, can you describe how these objects are connected to the rest of your Salesforce data model?
