I am tryng to set up contracts/subscriptions in Salesforce CPQ. Our process is to create an opp > quote and then push the opp to our ERP system to create an order. Once the order is created in on ERP system, it syncs back to SF to create an order record (from the standard object).
I have created a test subscription product.
When I create an opp and then primary quote withe the subscription product, adding the start/end dates and subscription terms, I am able to successfully close out the Opportunity and check the "Contracted" field and a new Contract is generated.
But subscription records are not being generated from the contract record.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi, I wanted to follow up to let you both know I was able to get this resolved. The account setup was not properly configured.
When I set the following fields on the Account record, the subscriptions started autocreating with the contract:
1. Preserve Bundle Structure
2. Contract Co-Termination
3. Renewal Model
4. Renewal Pricing
