Merging lead into an existing account automatically?

Question

Hello, I have created a lookup field where you can add a parent account for id purposes. Ive been trying to create a process builder where when i try to convert a lead it automatically attaches the account instead of me clicking choose existing and finding the account myself, is there a way where I can do this with or even without a process builder? do i need an apex trigger?
