Hello, I am trying to learn Pardot marketing tool and I am confused How to login to pardot?

Do we need to install the 'pardot marketing tool' before we install the package, assign permissions to the connector user as mentioned in Trailhead? Because I was not able to understand the process correctly and I tried to install the 'pardot marketing tool' but its paid app?

 

Can anyone help me understand the process better?

    There are no Pardot developer orgs (like there are for Salesforce). 

     

    You should use Trailhead and work through the Pardot modules: https://www.pardot.com/blog/pardot-now-trailhead/

     

    As per this question https://developer.salesforce.com/forums/?id=906F0000000AnouIAC someone has suggested you might be able to request a partner Pardot training environment but I don't know if this is true: http://www2.pardot.com/partner-training-environment
