I have 4 fields Montly Billing, Monthly Cost, Budgeted Monthly Billing, Budgeted Monthly Cost.
Either both Montly Billing and Montly Cost or both Budgeted montly billing and Budgeted monthly cost should be entered. Could you please help me to do a formula to implement validation rule to achieve this requirement. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

Service_Name__r.MonthlyCost__c=0),
AND(ISNULL(Service_Name__r.Budgeted_Monthly_Billing__c),

Monthly_Billing__c and MonthlyCost__c are formula fileds of data type currency. That's why i'm check whether its 0 in my above formula.
