Summit for Approval if Forecast Category changes from Best case to Pipeline

Question

Hi,

I am trying initiated the "Submit for Approval" process automatically if Forecast Category changes from "Commit to Best Case" or "Best case to Pipeline" or "Commit to Pipeline". is it possible to achieve using workflow or process builder?

If it getting submit for approval, based on the Opportunity Team approval email should go to the respective user.

You can launch an approval process using process builder (can't use workflow).
