    Hi Amin, 

     

    That looks like it is the Related Record lightning component. This allows you do display a quick action on the page. I would click the Edit Page option under the Setup gear at the top right of the screen. If you then click that Related Record component, there should be an option called Update Action. This will indicate which quick action on the Case object is being displayed in this component. You can then go to the Action Layout Editor for that action and then add new fields as necessary.
