Hi Dani,
Thanks for the clarification and in that case you should be able to do with a simple process.
Create a Process on Account object and have it trigrred when a new Account is created with a specific type and as part of immediate actions create an opportunity record.
since you mentioned you are new to salesforce, I would recommned you to go through the following modules on trailhead to know more about Process builder and then give it a go, if you are still having difficulties creating the process just post a message here.
