Display Formula Field Label when Adding

Question

Hello Community, I am trying to always display the field label for a formula field on a screen when adding a record to ensure that the field labels stay in alignment.  Can someone please advise how to get a formula field label to be displayed when adding a record? The screen aligns perfectly on an edit but NOT an add.
