Mass deletion of accounts

I was mass deleting accounts and made it through several thousand. However, when I got down to the last few (35ish) I could not delete them as a group or individually. Any suggestions on how to delete out the remaining accounts?

 

(I tried closing salesforce and redoing the mass delete after siging back in)

    Depending on how many accounts you deleted, you might have filled up your recycle bin. Empty it, and try again.
