How can i make Omni pop open when a chat is routed to a technician?

Currently, in Lightning, the Omni button will diplay a red dot but otherwise the technician will not know a chat is coming through unless they happen to catch the small signal. Most of the technicians keep the volume low on their workstations. Is there a way to make the window pop open when a chat is routed to a tech? Thanks
